it was surprising how you forgot all about 24. Although the shows (PB and 24) deal with different themes/subjects, they are formatted in similar ways.

I missing SOA, too. The new season is supposed to air sometime during the fall. I have to say they took their sweet time getting us a new season. i would have expected the new season to be up and running by summer.

Active interest in hair is putting it lightly, my dear. I've lost track of all the hair comments.

I haven't seen Blood Ties yet, but I'll check it out when I have the chance. Is this the same love triangle vampire story you were referring to a few months ago?

I'm suprised myself. It seems I'm too deeply emersed in vampire stories right now.

I thought it was one of these 12 eps summer shows, like True Blood. Do you know if we'll at least get a decent 22 ep season for our long wait?

But mostly I was praising Jared's hair, which technically counts as one comment.

There is a love triangle, but I only started watching it this week, because I was so pissed that there was no True Blood and I felt in the mood for something vampire-y.

You're always fascinated by vampires..nothing new there.

How many episodes are there of Blood Ties? The show was canceled, right?

Thank you candyrose and Calena! Of the ones you mentioned 24 sounds the like most likely candidate, but I will certainly look into all of them. One question I do have about 24 is, does each show build on the one before it, or are they fairly selfcontained (like CSI) where you could watch it once a month and more or less understand. Preferably it is not like CSI or Law &Order, because while I enjoy these shows I'm really looking for something more gripping. Thank you again.

It's like PB: Miss one ep, and you won't really know what's happening anymore. You can't skip eps of 24, you have to watch the whole 24 eps - in the right order. 24 is the antithesis to stand alone episodes. There are no stand alone eps in 24 EVER. And each ep ends with a major cliffhanger. So it's actually wisest to watch the season in one go after it has finished airing, so you don't have to wait a week between eps.
However you can skip seasons. I still haven't watched seasons 3,4,5,and 6, but I tuned in again for S7, which was a great season, I really recommend it.

Calena is so impatient, I swear. Do you plan on going back and watching the seasons you missed?

I checked out BT. For some reason I had it confused with another show, the one premiering on CW in September. I thought that show had aired already and I had simply decided not to watch it.

Have you seen True Blood yet? Please tell me you've watched it.

Mind Grenade (love the name, btw), 24 is your best bet if you want a continuous storyline, with each episode building from the last. You should also watch BSG, when you're finished with 24.

Yeah Im on episode 9 of season 4 and I can't believe it's almost over and soon I will need a show that I will watch, now I know there is show as good as Prison Break but I want one that has a continious storyline and a lot of suspense my sister and many of you guys recommend 24 so I think after I'm done with Prison Break I will watch 24.
