Default How did T-bag get transfered to Fox River again?

Unless the miami prison was just some sort of "Just for now" prison deal, I really don't get it.. He was locked up at the end screaming after scofield being pissed off (which was very, very good it felt like Scofield got back on him finally)

But in the 4 years later scene he is back in fox river so if anyone else here knows how it happened please explain?

Heres a good answer - Fox river is a MAXIMUM secuitiry prison, the miami one maybe wasnt enforced enough so he was transfered to chicago. Also, the general must hav been transfered to a state where the death penalty is legal?

or how about since T-Bag escaped from Fox River, that is still where his sentence should take place. Even though he was arrested and incarcerated in Miami, eventually, he would be transferred back to Fox River.

as for the general being in a state where the death penalty is legal, since it is a TV show, the death penaly could very well be legal in Florida in the PB world.

You know what's the sense of speculating about thing that we didn't see on screen and that even writers were not thinking about! The Man is speculating and will anything he say change anything? Get a life.

there is often a lot written in the script that does not appear on screen, and the writers go through a natural thought process for a sequence of events, so even though you didn't see it, does not mean it wasn't though about. no it won't change anything, but there still might be an asnwer to someones question.

If you think we don't have lives then why are you on here??? We are just discussing something to figure it out.
