If this was supposed to be a flash forward of four years, why do they show Michael's death on the tombstone in the year 2005? This doesn't make sense especially when the cars used in the series were 2008 and 2009 Cadillac Escalades? Something is up. Maybe this tombstone is actually Michael's father?

You are right. But the name of Michael's father was Aldo Burrows. Michael had his mother last name,"Scofield". I so sad with the true. Maybe I have to see a psychiatric to accept Michael is dead. LOL

Read this on wikipedia (found it the 1st time but cant seems to find it again but here is bits of it) The date of death shown on his tombstone is November 4, 2005, meaning that, within the series time line, he survived less than nine months after setting his plan into motion (the date in which he committed his original bank robbery is shown to be March 9, 2005 during the first season episode "The Old Head") I remember Linc said that how unlucky must he be to be framed for murder twice in five years. That was said only a few episodes back so.. It must have been roughly 4 - 5 years since scofield planned the escape. Something is not right?

| Moderator ![]() | No Michael didnt plan the escape the day Linc was framed did he? he waited until Lincs last appeal was overturned which would have taken a few years.

Look, even in that case Terry, the date had to be two years after the bank robbery because Linc was in prison for 3 years before his execution, which means Michael broke in before the end of this three-year period. So, they had been out for two years at least, which means the Tombstone (fake fake fake) had to have a date in 2007. MICHAEL IS ALIVE even if there is no other episode of Prison Break...

New here but i remember the episode where lincoln was on his way to see his son and keller man had his prison transport ambushed and his dad saved him. When someone saw the car in the scrap yard a call went over the radio saying a new 2007 black cadilac or something a long those lines. A bit odd if this was the first season. Maybe im just hoping there is light at the end of the tunnel. Will stand corrected happily though
