| It was very wierd.. Didn't make much sense since he always hated Bellick.. But yet it was very sad, man Robert Knepper knows how to act Very sad moment even though it didn't make much sense I loved all the Bellick flashbacks in this episode

| Senior Member | Yes, the speech was good. That moment when he's about to go on with what he's memorized, and he realizes what he has to say. I guess he didn't hate him still. After all, since season 3 he's had more than one chance to kill or even hurt him, and didn't do anything to him. But yeah, I'm still wondering how honest was his speech. After all, T-Bag is known for having a way with words. |

| I don't think T-Bag was really mourning for Bellick. I just refuse to believe that, it's bad enough everyone else seems to have forgotten what a cruel, brutal, a****** he was in Fox River. T-Bag did what he does best and took advantage.

| I completely agree with you. I was wondering if someone else had the same thoughts. First, T-bag has a way with words and knows how to manipulate others. He's also good at a quick save, which is what I think the Bellick-part of his speech was. He was about to flub on this speech, and his boss was giving him THAT look, ya know. I think he then improvised and started talking about Bellick. Plus, that quote, the last part of his speech, it could be taken two different ways when put in context.

| yeah, i loved the way they had this episode REALLY commemorate brad. on a side note, didnt self say that if anyone died, then they'd get a PROPER burial, meaning like, a burial of someone who served his/her country? bellick's gotta have that comin' right? as for t-bag's speech. i think the flashback he had proved (to me at least), that there was SOME level of sentiment, and some level of respect/sadness at the thought of bellick being dead. t-bag probably realizes that bellick was just like him (in the past) on so many levels. they were both always looking out for #1, and just the basic fact of all the things that they had been thru together, whether they were cooperating or working against each other (bellick was the one who left t-bag to get found by the cops, and t-bag had to cut his own hand AGAIN (ouch), t-bag and bellick survived thru the hell that was sona, etc.). i think tho, at the same time, t-bag was ALSO using the death and situation to his advantage. he's a good actor (the character), who, in his own words, "knows how to play nice." so while he may have put his own acting and charisma into it for show, i think somewhere deep inside, he had a moment. -ro |

| Robert Knepper plays t-bag to a tee on PB. He is such a con man and the speech was his way of conning people.

| I have been partial to T-Bag because of Kneppers very casual, laid-back attitude... he can go from a real hill-billy to being a genuine white-collar |
