and yes he spoke to Bill on a boat! reason?
a) he thinks his voice sounds ****ty and wants noone to hear it
b) he can only speak on water
c) he has a sore throat and sea-air helps him
d) he wants noone to recognize his voice, so he speaks only on water because no microphones can be installed there

I know this...but it still wasn't enough......and it's a completely different situation and setting....

Ohhh the Padman .. ..

i think he'll have a v.imp role with the bad gang !!!

Padman also speaks with GRECHEN remenber in the beigining of bang and burn in the 3rd season i guess he is the mind behind the COMPANY !!!!

People SAY he is dead, but is he really dead? Do we know this for sure? Have we seen his severed head in a box? No? And does that really even matter...because even severed heads can reattach themselves in Prison Break.
