Padman has been in the show mainly in the background from near to the very beginning ... He is one of those recurring characters that shows himself to be both mysterious and evil... but never is actually seen to do anything but stand there ... doing everything but repetitively stroke a cat....

I guess they call himn "padman" because he is a man and writes on a pad what he wants to say.

But he wasn't there from the beginning. He showed up in season 2 when Bill Kim showed up. He was the one who reported to him.

Padman never said a word at all and we all assumed he couldn't talk until we saw and heard him speak last year... I think, although I may be incorrect here... Out on the boat....

People SAY he is dead, but is he really dead? Do we know this for sure? Have we seen his severed head in a box? No? And does that really even matter...because even severed heads can reattach themselves in Prison Break.
