'Prison Break' Shocker: Dr. Sara Tancredi Lives!

Last year, Prison Break star Sarah Wayne Callies got into a contract dispute which ended in her character's untimely death. Fans of the television show were outraged, particularly at the way Dr. Sara Tancredi was killed. Early on in season 3, Lincoln was shocked to find Sara's head in a box, courtesy of The Company. She was killed after Lincoln attempted a daring rescue attempt to free her as well as his son, LJ. Well, Prison Break fans, all is not what it seems. TV Guide released a huge story today from columnist Michael Ausiello and Prison Break executive producer Matt Olmstead that says: Dr. Sara is still alive and returning in season 4!

this totally shocked me, its nice because it quiets the complaining fans and I would have been happy either way

I absolutely couldn't believe it today when I found out that she would be returning. That is INSANITY.

I always held out hope that she would return, since all they showed was her head in the box. The Company could fake that! I'm glad Sarah is returning for season 4.

I was only just dwelling yesterday on how upset I was that they killed Sara off and this is such suprising and wonderful news and has renewed my interest in Prison Break that dwindled after her 'death'.

From what I have read this will add a lot to season 4. Sara will not just pop back into Michael's arm, but both will have a lot to remember and forgive and go through before that happens. This will add whole new dimenions as to what both have gone through. Looking forward to the next year of Prison Break.

Is this setting things up so that Michael kills Susan over Sara's death then finds out that she's really alive? More blood on Michael's hands - a man who, try as he might, just cannot redeem himself.

Best News Ever. The only serious mis-step PB has ever made is corrected. Now I'm glad season 4 is a full 22 episodes... lets hope its the last.
