I can understand T-Bag, Abruizi, Haywire and Lincoln...

But c'mon?!?! Sucre and Tweener?!?!

A couple of theifs are amongst the 8 most wanted men in america

Because they escaped from Prison. And also the company won't allow them to just be free like that especially after escaping with Michael and Lincoln.

None of them should be on the most wanted list except T-Bag or as far as the conspiracy goes, Lincoln.

Sucre(robbery), C-Note (possesion of stolen goods), Tweener (grand larceny for a baseball card). I mean for those 3, cmon.

thats just part of the freakin movie, in real life, they DEFENITELY WOULDNT be the 'MOST WANTED IN USA' i mean now thats REALLY absurd!! again, thats part of the 'non-fictional movie' thing so that wouldnt be true in real life
plus, its a 'biggie' in the movie as in 'OH MY GOD! YOURE PART OF THE 8 MOST WANTED MEN IN AMERICA' aka '% MOST WANTED MEN IN AMERICA'

Because of The Company's influence. For all they know, each of the Fox River 8 might already be aware of, and pose a threat to, their existance with what they potentially know. Knowledge is power, as they say...
