Season 1 - Episode 6-7, 21
Season 2 - The episode where Kellerman shoots Mahone (because M'hone is brilliant in that episode: "STAY AWAY FROM MY FAMILY!"
Season 3 - Episode 12
Season 4 - Episode 12

I think top of the list would be "Go" from season 1 when they finally break out. My top 5 would also include "Brothers Keeper" from season 1, "Hell or High Water" from season 3, "Scylla" from season 4 and "Sona" from season 2.

It's hard to pick one, especially with the series going on. I'm tempted to say it was episode 12 from this season... to see the Company owned like that!

Bang and Burn was awesome too... but mostly because of the action involved.

But I guess my favourite of all time would have to be The Killing Box (episode 13 from season 2). The twist at the last 5 seconds, where Kellerman switches sides was the craziest scene I had seen till then.

season 4 episode 15 explains a whole lot about scylla plus has a big twist at the end with micheals mom working for the company being revealed
