exctly, thanks to his testimony Sara was released and the brothers set free so it was kinda a good apology ;P
and when it comes to his death I never thought he was dead - I knew something was coming especially that they didn`t actually showed him being shot, so it left the door open for his character to come back and I had that feeling that something like that would happen and I was really glad he came back for the final cos he is a great actor - has that "something" in him - I also love him in Private Practice!!

What I can't understand is why Kellerman has to pay for his past in every episode he's in. Isn't anbody else puzzled about that? No other character has to do that and I think it's so unfair.
