Of those 3 series I only bought Lost so far, with PB I'm waiting for the price to go down a bit and I don't think SPN is available in German yet. I only buy the German boxex, so I can get my non-English speaking friends hooked, too.
I have all season of Buffy and Angel, Firefly and all 6 season of Dr. Quinn, too (can't help it, I really like it). I got Dawsons' Creek, first season of Charmed (but haven't watched it yet, I want to watch it some time and see if I like so much I'll buy the rest of it). And many other series and countless movie DVDs. Quite a bit of money I've invested.
For the german speaking market many box sets are split in 2 parts so there is for example Lost season 2 volume 1 with eps 1- 12 and Lost season 2 volume 2 with eps 13-22. I hate that, I don't need see the reasons for that other than to press money out of people!

But when you watch it on the net there aren't subtitles either or are there?
yeah i see,good observation

clearly i understand price is quite high...aah sure...you bought it in Germany..you know in Czech R,i think here we have no dvds with my fav series
really Dawsons creek?...i liked it...it was my fav show..Then Friends and Gilmore Girls are great..or Cold Case although it was sometime really sad...you have pretty collection of series lol..Charmed are broadcating right now in CR
yeah i know it...itīs damn bad that they partition it
yeah youre right there arent subtitles, but czech fans are sooooo useful and great and inteligent that they always make czech subtitles for us windlestraws...these few ppl instituted czechīs site about PB where i can find all what i need

Hello Coldfire
Good to chat to you again....
Now think hard..... Who's thread are we currently in??? Go on... think of full name.... LOL!!! And as we are known to have reasonably good manners in here.... we have put Mr. in front of the name of the thread topic.... As in Mr. Miller..... Mr. M..... Truth is though.... I am lazy .... why write a whole surname when one letter will do!!!
So then Mr. M .... Hope you are in good form this evening!!! Wonder do you miss us when we are away??? Bet you're glad Coldfire's made her way back here to your thread.....

I can't blame you, coldfire, we are so seldom on topic here that it's understandable you couldn't think of who Mr.M could be. I myself call him Went, as opposed to smiley and helps I'm on a first name basis with him
It takes quite a time reading and responding to all these posts, but we sure have fun doing it.

Wow smiley, you'll really rub it in come Monday, that Ireland won and England lost, won't you. When's Ireland due to play against England?

Damn right I will..... I'll collect every single penny .... LOL!!!! I'd be rich you know... in a bit if I put a bet down with all of you about the fisherman!!! He's so innocent!!!!!
Ireland play England at 3pm on the 15th March....( St Paddy's Weekend) in Twickenham...England's ground in London! I might take myself down to that one.... if I can get a ticket in time!!! England were beaten yesterday..... and Ireland were a bit off form.... so I suppose it's anyone's game!!! Calena.... The girlie part of me tells you the best thing about rugby is the sight of 16 rear ends connected onto finely honed legs...stuck up in air during a scrum..... but the more broader me says ... when played well, it's one of the best games ever played! The game is not strictly seen as a well played game unless you have at least one broken bone and a few bloody heads by the end of it!!! Oh yes... the scrum's are quite a spectacle.... I always give each one of them my totally undivided attention..... would hate to miss a single detail!!!!

Back on thread.... Good Morning Mr. M And how are you this bright and beautiful morning? Have a great day!!!
