One Tree Hill: Episode 5.11 "You're Gonna Need Someone on Your Side" Recap

.jpg" />Last week on One Tree Hill: Nanny Carrie went crazier than ever and hopped into the shower with a naked and surprised Nathan. This incident forced him to eventually tell Haley about the kiss, at which point she threatened him with divorce. Meanwhile, Peyton was stuck in a boring plotline while Brooke and Owen stumbled upon a drug addicted Rachel in New York. Nathan and Lucas also went to Dan's parole hearing in an attempt to keep him locked up, but it looks like he might be getting out anyway.

Tonight's episode finds Nathan and Haley dealing with their crumbling marriage while Peyton goes on a date with a familiar face. However, the best news is that Dan (Paul Johansson) finally gets out of prison and heads back home to cause some trouble. Alright, it's time for the old evil genius to come back and destroy some lives!

omg in scenes you also forgot that they show nathan and haley kissing, it much means something right?

omg i cant wait til next week! i wonder why haley said that! wait i know why!!!! b/c in lucas book it hidden words that haley understands! lucas is still into peyton and u saw the way he looked at her when her and chase kissed!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhh lindsey and lucas are so not getting married!!!!

Ha, Victoria is 17 kinds of awesome. I don't know much about Dan's past (other than Don keeps telling me he's the evilest person ever), but that alone makes me want Dan Scott and Victoria Davis to hook up. Imagine the carnage.

I did like a mini standing ovation when Dan was released from prison. Victoria's a b*tch and Carrie's a looney tune but no one does good old-fashioned manipulative and evil like Dan. Welcome back!

Jamie was adorable as always...kinda a given. But Haley actually pissed me off this ep (which hurts 'cause she's my favorite). She was entirely too caught up in her and Nathan's drama and not being sensitive to Jamie at all. And I thought she was gonna redeem herself in the end and call to talk to Nathan but instead she pulled that whopper by telling Lucas not to marry Lindsay. Haley, please don't interfere, 'cause I actually want those two to get married.

I loved the return of Chase (he looked hell-a-fine btw) and Tim and Bevin married with a child was an ep highlight.

All in all it was a good ep and, based on the promo, next week's eppy looks like it'll be even better.

Oh wow, Dan and Victoria hooking up would be the greatest thing ever! Why didn't I think of that? I think my favorite Dan moment was when he basically told Lucas that he should have done the smart thing and had him aborted. Dan is fantastic.
