Always great music on One Tree Hill! Dontcha think?

Hey everybody. I wanted to say hi cuz I'm new to this board. But aren't ya just pumped about next week’s show! I've been really gettin into it. I missed the first season, so I just got it on DVD and I’m looking forward to chillin over the summer with it. I also got the soundtrack which features some great songs!

Ya know how the music that plays in the background of scenes just seems to make the moment that much better? I think OTH is cool like that.

So….my best friend is on the Emerson Hart street team and she gave me a heads up that his new song “Friend To A Stranger” will be featured in a scene with Lucas and Abby next week! Get ready, all I know is Emerson Hart’s new CD “Cigarettes and Gasoline” is coming out soon and his lyrics and music TOTALLY BLOWS ME AWAY…so I think we are in for something big in next week’s show.

I totally agree with u!! The music is awesome!!! I just adore each time a song is playing. The music is for people who has a excellent taste on music!!!!

ya they always pick great bands and songs to feature .. the wb in general did a good job with that

I love the music they play on OTH. I am a fan of Emerson Hart too, and I have one of Tonic’s CD with “If You Could Only See” on it which is a top favorite of mine from his previous work, so I was glad to see your message about his new music being on the show.

And I thought they played it during a good moment with Lucas trying to get the truth about Keith out of Abby. I checked iTunes for the song, and it’s not there – do you know where you can download “Friend To A Stranger”?

Wow, I'm so glad I found this thread! I was wondering who sang that song, so I thought I'd log on to a OTH forum. I'm so glad I did! I just loved "Friend to a Stranger" and the whole ep. It's also cool that he used to sing in Tonic. "If You Could Only See" is still one of my favorite songs.

Oh, and I just checked iTunes and couldn't find that song either, BUT then I checked Amazon and his whole album will be on sale July 17th and you can preorder a copy here - http://www.amazon.com/Cigarettes-Gas...9252554&sr=8-1

I have been introduced to so many great songs and artists from OTH. A lot of the artists I am listening to right now have been featured on OTH. If it weren't for OTH I probably wouldn't have even listened to a lot of these artists. The one I'm liking right now is Dashboard Convesionals.
