Default Why did Off-Topic die?

So, as i just said:

'Why did Off-Topic die?'

No one seems to post here anymore.
In fact, none of the 'old bunch' seem to post at all.

SUX!

No doubt Jimmy12..., seems even BuddyTV has been AWOL for some time! Odd to me how power & money folks radically rip existing business value from others, then foolishly and recklessly ineptly manage what they now possess which then naturally atrophies. imho and think most would agree, would be easy to build and extract much business value from our TTS site that DocArtz created and flourished for our highly pleasureable LOST collective psyche ... very, very sad.

Also imho, our other sites seem much more focused on individual post counts, rather than sharing in our fun LOST collective psyche ... ok with me, but clearly it is much harder to keep up and peruse the HUGE amount of daily new posts/threads, and frequently seems our rabid post counters don't even read most other posts/threads b4 posting. Sad if true, perhaps I'm misreading and misperceiving our LOST realities.

Perhaps we should transition our LOST collective psyche over to the new "LinkedIn" professional network which just hurdled $1 billion, and I'm already a member [just goofing, think TTS and our other sites will favourably evolve cuz we really are "the good ones"!].

It died because I posted my comedy...

Probably it's the hiatus -- last year everyone disappeared, too. Heck, school's out for the summer vacation - how many of our posters did so while killing time in a class?

They'll be back

P.S. Come ON, RichPundit...work on that post count.

Ok Gartism, my post #220!

I do recognize the value of our rabid post counters who provide much energy to help drive our LOST psyche collective, so I do appreciate and value their many, many contributions, i.e., our marketing "Opinion Leaders", "Innovators", "Early Adopters", "Pioneers", etc..

btw, as you know, I very much enjoy your comedy, and would appreciate more! Got any Auto Body Shop jokes for a loong time Bestest Friend of mine?

To be honest I was getting bored of the rivalry between this site and DocArzt, so I decided to go to a new forum.

I still lurk around here sometimes... I noticed the forums have been quite dead.

Tx for your useful, candid input JoshJB!

LOVE having choices ... curious, what other forum did you choose?

btw, I personally never viewed the D&F site as a competitor ... simply more fun treasure, but clearly many did and still do ... imho, very silly, albeit very human. Please keep on lurking and posting when comfortable - RichPundit

Hey Gartism, my 221st post!

Hey Gartism, my 221st post!
Mainly the SpoilerTV forums (despite it's name, there are non-spoiler sections as well) and the LostPedia forums. They're all really good, IMO. But I wouldn't call any forums bad if they are about "Lost."

Yeah, Lostpedia is interesting at times...but too many people can throw things in there. At least we can sling theories around here and no one gets too bent out of shape...

Auto Body shop jokes...you know, I used to work for Enterprise Rent-a-car - so I'm sure I can come up with something.

I'll post. What are we allowed to discuss in here? Is it off topic but still Lost related or can I talk about any old thing in here, like what I had for supper last night etc...?
