A real live "John Locke" lives in my city

I am new to the threads. Have an interesting and cute story to share. I work for city government. The employees participate in a litter sweep where we pick up trash along our roadways. We have an unusual litter contest. One of the employees submitted a prescription bottle for hydrocodone to a John Locke with 2 refills remaining. She won first prize ($100).

that's funny, I hope Mr Locke has an unlisted number, b/c if he doesn't...I bet he gets weird phone calls all the time.
