i've been looking at a lot of yall's banners and avaters..
and I haven't seen anything that is not cool xD
so just wanna say you guys are really good at making pictures!
.. Was wondering if you could help me out with MY problem? :/

: after you've blended a picture, how do make some good effects?
like some glitter, shimmer or something? can somebody give me some of their favorite effect? ..

I use adobe photoshop ..

You can download some brushes on the internet

But there's a forum on the internet special for blending and that kinda stuff. If you want to know which forum that is, you can send me a message.
