"california" Song Getting Repetitive And Annoying?

I'm sorry, "California" is a good song but it has just gotten old and repetitive. Like on the dvd, everytime you go to the menu, you hear that song. And now season two seems to have kept California as the opening song. ugh

I dunno, anyone feel the same way i do?

I agree it is a good song, but it does get kind of repetitive when you hear it so much, but that would be the same with any song.

I know what you mean, I love the song but I usually fast forward through the starting credits if I'm watching it on my computer.

Actually I still like the song...I am totally surprised by that too because I normally get sick of music so quickly. It's still catchy to me but my roommate absolutly hates it. Esp. since it's my cellphone ring. :P

I kinda understand where you're coming from, but still. I'm SO glad they didn't change the theme song. Even though I think California MAY be a little bit annoying now, it's still so 'O.C.'. It's like a cult hit now, changing it after one season would just be too odd.

I don't think they will ever change it. I can't think of (m)any shows that have changed their theme song. Also, when I said I fast forward through it, that's only after watching like 4 or 5 episodes in a row.

The song is symbolic to The OC, i agree it may be gettin slightly annoying but it wouldn't be The OC if they changed it.

I still love the song!! because i still love The OC...the song represents the OC so why not like it???
