Hey! I do like Sufjan, but when I tried to download it I got kind of confused: what is a .tar file? Can it be opened with winRAR?

Can you please please reupload... I love Sufjan Stevens... He's not terribly huge in Aus though which is why I haven't jumped on this post yet!
