None of my friends even notice the music on the oc but i think it adds so much to the show

I really dont think that the oc would be as popular because one of the main reasons why i love the oc, is because of its fabulous music, it really gives it a sence of reality.

i think The O.C. would still be popular even without the cool music..the music just makes the show even more of a hit like icing to the cake

great actors, great plotlines and great scripts!

with all the great acting i think the show would still be popular but great music just adds on to the effect

the o.c. isn't the o.c. without it's music. I wouldn't be able to judge on the popularity if the music was different, but i can definitely say that the music affects my judgement of a TV show. I would still love the o.c. though...just not as much.

I think it defiantely would still be popular. Even though the music is a big part of the show, its the acting that is a major importance too.

I think it would be popular, but not as much. They always have perfect music to capture the feeling of what is happening and it really sets the mood. It really pulls the show together.

The music is a big feature, as it is with any TV show / film etc.

The right piece of music can really set the mood for a scene and I think the OC gets it spot on a lot of the time!

Whether it would be more popular, who knows, but it wouldn't be the show it is now!

I don't think the show is popular because of the music, it's because of the plots and actors. OK, music adds something to the scenes, but music is not the main thing about the scenes and the show.
