Being from the UK (meaning i've heard the Oasis version alot) i can say its not really anywhere near as good, it just doesnt sound right... sounds more like its being said than sang.

Sorry but also from UK and i prefer the Ryan Adam's version. I'll give Oasis credit for writing a good song but i think its been over played here....
I prefer it as an acoustic track.

The Oasis original was far better but the cover fitted the scene perfectly.

They can afford to get away with a cover of Wonderwall cos most Americans don't know who did the original and the indie cult status it has in the UK. I have to admit though, it does fit the scene perfectly due to Ryan Adams mellifluous voice.

The version in the O.C. is a cover by Ryan Adams. I don't like it as much as the original.

Ryan Adams does the one on The OC, but Radiohead has a good cover as well.
