Adam Brody Misses The OC April 19, 2007

Adam Brody who played the geeky yet lovable character Seth in "The OC" told reporters at the premier of his new movie that he is "still waiting for the spin-off." Brody just finished his latest movie 'The Land Of Women' which tells the story of a TV writer who suffers a break up and so decides to visit his sick Grandmother in Detroit, but when he gets there he meets the ladies next door and they all change each others lives. Very different from "The OC" but hey! Iâ??m all for versatility!

We have all seen how spin-off series always turn out, they are never as good as the original no matter how hard they try! Rachel Bilson who hasnâ??t been flooded with gigs may be willing to seize the opportunity of joining Brody for a spin-off series. Seth and Summer in Hawaii does have a ring to it!
So what do you think, will Brody get his wish and if he does will it be any good?

The O.C. star Adam Brody has been "in mourning" since the teen drama was axed, because of poor ratings.

But girls all over the world will be happy to know the handsome face may be back on our screens sooner than we thought... as he hopes to front a spin-off series.

The actor starred in the series for four years and loved his "geeky" character.

And now he wants to resurrect the role of Seth Cohen in a new show, reports contactmusic.com.

He said: "I'm still waiting for the spin-off. He needs one."

I don't know how this rumor started but it's not true. I saw a video interview with Adam on CW where he was asked what about spin-off and he said he was against that idea in general but he loved money so who knows.

sorry guys, but I think it'd be such a bad idea :s
the o.c is the o.c, it's newport beach, it's the rich people...it's geeky seth, not surfer-tahiti seth! and plus, that would mean seth and summer would be like 25 or something, coz that would mean summer would have to come back from her job at George...It wouldn't fit with the o.c series' finale at all. Nonsense!
I'm really not for it, though I'd like to see Adam or/and Rachel on other projects.
Anyone agree with me?

i mean i would love to see the cast of the OC get back together but it just wouldn't be the same with just 2 ppl of the original cast...besides it probably wouldn't be as "scandalous"!! haha...but i mean wasn't the OC mainly about ryan and his issues...sethwas kinda his side kick....so..we'll just have to see how it turns out!!

dude ur so wrong, i mean, yea seth was always helping ryan, but, ryan helped seth 2 coz the 1st epesode he helped him in a fight,he made him more out goin and some how he helped him with summer
