Hey, my name is Jarrad, and Im from Sydney Australia. I am fully OC obsessed, got the DVDs, all the CDs, all the season 2 episodes on vcd, (they start here next week), and yeah, I have been around ocfans.org since near the beginning, but was away we we needed to re register and so I mgihten look so old lol.

Im 16 years old, love writing my fan fiction, sharing the spoilers I can get from my friends in Los Angeles who have been lucky enough to be near the set a few times, and I think this new forum is an awesome idea, cause the whole Newbie phenommonean thingy where they write a few words is really annoying me. I like these really good, time worthy discussions, instead of threads fully of "i agrees" etc.

So look forward to chatting with you all.

Hello, my name is Patty and I am 26 and live in NY with my husband. We are both really big O.C. fans. I wanted to watch it from the beginning but do to having classes at college and work we forgot to watch it Then we caught a few episodes at the end and were hooked. We bought the Season 1 DVD just recently and watched all of them night after night. While this season we have been watching from the start. We both Love The O.C and I would have to say that it is deffinitely one of the best shows on TV right now.

Hi everyone!

I'm 16 years old, i'm from Holland (Europe)...
I've been an O.C.-addict for almost a year now,
I used to watch shows like Girlmore Girls, Dawson's Creek, Charmed, etc. but now, with The O.C. ... well you get my point, right? I was a little dissapointed in the fact that they started in May/June 2004 with broadcasting the show here, but once they (finally) did I was hooked.
Now I've also got my mom and bro hooked on it, and when I'm at my dad's place I notice he also enjoys watching it...it's nice to see that so many people love it...I , however, do hate that people say that The O.C. is just another Beverly Hills...I mean, not all actors on The O.C. are equally as good, but they are still much better than the Beverly Hills-cast (I know I'm 16, but even Beverly Hills has had re-runs,

)
Anywho...Over here in Holland, we're 5 , no 6 episodes behind but the channel that broadcasts the show will , after the last tuesday in February stop airing my beloved The O.C. for SIX (6) MONTHS!!! Can you immagine, having to live 6 months only on the old eps on your vcr/dvd?---I thought so, so anyway , not to make this story tooooo long, that's how I started looking for sites where I could download some new eps from time to time, cause I ain't gonna last for half a year

I haven't read this forum thoroughly enough, but very much ejoy seeing such international interest in this show...it's fun

SO...hope this post wasn't too confusing, if there are other Dutch fans here (or any other nationality of course) who haven't posted yet , please do, it's so nice to see in wich countries (and cultures?) the show is appreciated.
