John HensleyJohn Hensley is a familiar face to television viewers as Matt, the somewhat dysfunctional and constantly conflicted son of Nip/Tuck's two plastic surgeons, Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon).  As his character on the popular medical drama, Hensley has found himself in storylines that are often both tragically disturbed, yet inevitably laced with a fair amount of humor.

In his soon-to-be-released movie, Teeth, the Nip/Tuck co-star once again takes on a quirky and hysterical storyline, not far from some of the circumstances he's found himself in as his Nip/Tuck character.

John Hensley is f*cking terrible... Worst Character EVER. Hey John... how about you tell the writers of Nip/Tuck that your f*cking character development makes no f*cking sense!! Ditto for Christian!! Man the writing on this show pisses me off. 1 step foward and 2 steps backwards from week to week. They killed Gina, FINALLY, if Matt and Julia die too and Christian decides to STOP having ephiphanies one week only to forget everything he learned the following week, then maybe this show will stop sucking. One can hope.

I don't think that John has done a bad job but the writers have turned the character of Matt into a horrid, whiny mess. I desperately hope that this latest story arch has Matt finally grow into something beyond a petulant child.

Yes well maybe the actor hasn't done a bad job... I guess he can only perform what is written. But I hate Matt SOOOO much that it has spilled over... Nonetheless I'm sorry for that, because it isn't John's fault his character sucks.

Nip/Tuck is one of the best shows out there. I actually love Matt, even though he's totally a moron. But he has been since the first season, so that's very consistent.
