| Plastic surgery is very big among Hollywood stars today, and even television star Dylan Walsh, who plays a cosmetic surgeon on FX's Nip/Tuck, admits to feeling the pressure to go under the knife. “It is nothing to be embarrassed about,” Walsh said in an interview with Hollywood.com. “You feel the pressures of looking good because that is the business.
