'Nip/Tuck' Stars Comfortable with Nudity

Aside from its cast and controversial story arcs, part of what made Nip/Tuck a popular series all these years is its steamy and provocative scenes. Arguably the most raunchy cast member of the show, Julian McMahon strives to make the show edgier by volunteering to film his scenes naked.

On Nip/Tuck, McMahon plays Dr. Christian Troy, a self-absorbed womanizer who, throughout the series, has had affairs with most of the female characters and has been part of many situations involving sex.

Something I hate about this series is that the only nudity shown is male nudity, while the man is completely naked, the women is clothed, usually bra and panties. The female nudity is only sugested but never shown, while they show men's butt crack all the time.... Why ?. Is it because it is forbidden to show female nudity while is okay to show male nudity ?, Or is the the show intended to woman or guy people only ?.
I'd like to see for a change a woman's butt crack for a change.

I'm fairly certain they're allowed to show women's butts, but anything more than that would be off limits even on FX.
