Christian and Sean try their hand at HollywoodAfter nearly a year since its last episode, Nip/Tuck finally makes its return with a new office, new city and new supporting cast. In its fifth season premiere, we get appearances by Jennifer Coolridge, Tia Carrere, Daphne Zuniga, Oliver Platt and more, with promises of even more to come in the upcoming year. For those who may have forgotten, last season's finale had the two star surgeons, Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon), decide to leave their practice and problems behind in Miami as they packed up and moved to Los Angeles.

"Hearts 'N' Scalpels" is my new favorite thing. Ryan Murphy is a genius when it comes to self-parody, and from what I've seen, it's clear Oliver Platt is playing a thinly veiled version of him. And Bradley Cooper: too perfect. I am definitely going to be loving this storyline. Jennifer Coolidge as Lady Cha Cha Lips! And I agree 100 percent, the role reversal is a great idea to liven up this show.

I love Nip/Tuck, but it has gotten sorta stale as of late, this new venture to California is just what they needed to get a new fresh take on the series, i'm definitely excited about Nip/Tuck again!
