Julia Leaving a Good Thing?

It looks like Joley Richardson is for all intents and purposes gone from the show. I think I hear that she will do the occasional guest appearance but I think that is it--someone correct me if I am wrong.

If she is indeed out of the boys' daily life, is this a good thing or a bad thing?

I haven't heard this but I wouldn't be completely suprised by it. Emotionally the 3 have been through a lot of turmoil so if her character is written out of the new few scripts it would in some ways "feel right". On the other hand, I like her character and think that given how they have all been together since college her presence would be missed. Sometimes I think the writers of Nip/Tuck insert too much jarring and negative turmoil into their scripts. Who will come in to take Joley's place? Kimber? By the way, where did you get the information that she is leaving the show?

I haven't heard for certain that she was gone for good-just that she was caring for an ailing relative (not her mom) and had asked for a smaller part last season and since her character moved (to NY I think, not sure) with Anne I assumed that her role was going to continue to be sporadic in the up-coming season. Perhaps her circumstances will change and she will join the boys in LA.

As for Kimber...she and Matt will be moving out to LA as well shortly after the season begins. Part of the reason for the Newlywed's move is so that Kimber can be closer to the center of the Scientology world--The Celebrity Centre.

I LOVE the Scientology plot on the show, by the way!

As it gets closer to air date I will try to make sure that we get all the Nip/Tuck scoop here! Keep checking back--iIf we get a big enough group of posters here, we will get our own separate forum like some of the bigger shows on Buddy TV!

I forgot to update with the current info...looks like Joley Richardson will be returning for this season and most likely will play a more active role than last season.
