Tokio Hotel

Anyone likes Tokio Hotel? I dont know many people love them..I think their music is good.I love their songs.Many people think they are awful or gay..but they arent im not a big fan of them but i like them.so anyone else???

I generally don't like music with german lyrics (with only a few exepctions like Die Toten Hosen) but Tokio Hotel have going for them that they are not a casted boyband and are able to play instruments. I'm really not a fan (and far too old to be in the target audience) but they have my respect for playing their instruments and being a "real" band.

thank you very much people always say bad things about them.everyone doesnt have to like them but they are doing good job.i mean people should respect them.you can hate them but they are studying hard for this and they deserve respect.so thank you very much i dont understand their germany songs but i listen their english songs

so I (as a german) am very much confronted with this band! I have to say the first time I heard their first song i thought: wow they are cool or at least ok!

but here it was becomming such a great "hype" about them....! you couldn't look in the newspaper or watching tv or listening to the radio without hearing them ALL the time! so many germans got REALLY annoyed of them... (inclusive ME) !! think the musik is ok... for kids in the age of 11-15 or something and i also say it's ok if there are so many crazy fans....but I can't really understand why there are also sooo much older (18-20 years) girls who are crazy about the band?

I see them all the time on tv and i think they are pretty arrogant! at least TOM, the twin brother of the singer!

but of course i really respect them for their work and that they had become sooo huge and with such a great succsess...think it's amazing that they now have fans all over the world...
that they are now in other countries too is a big luck for us germans so they aren't often in the media here anymore

but the best german band is definitely: DIE ÄRZTE
and who never had heard of them... yust look at youtube for a video clip of them, and you gonna LOVE them

They have english songs? Interesting, I didn't know that. But I don't really follow them. Once, a year ago or so, I saw the twins on a late night talk show (Johannes B. Kerner, if anyone should happen to know him) and they came across as quite intelligent, eloquent and humorous for 16 year olds.
