I used to like McLeods too, but it got so dramatic and soapie by the end that I gave up and switched to the Simpsons. I like Neighbours over Home and Away, it's so much more real and believable.

I can't stand Australian drama. I honestly think that its an embarassment coz the scripts are shocking and the acting is even worse. I was hoping that the Free Trade Agreement would abolish the 55% Aussie content quota, coz then we would have seen a big decrease in Australian production and more US imports.

True that.

I do like Aussie talk shows though, i.e. Rove [Live], Merrick and Rosso Unplanned and The Panel. Australian talk shows are awesome - you can do pretty much whatever you like.
