We saw it happen with Jericho.  After being canceled by CBS in the Spring of 2007, fans of Jericho launched a successful campaign to bring the series back.  Unfortunately, it ended up being a relatively poor decision for CBS, as Jericho's return brought less-than-mediocre ratings and now the series is gone for good.  However, Jericho's resurrection last year has given hope to all fans of canceled series.  The latest of these is Moonlight.  The Moonlight situation is pretty similar to what Jericho's was last year.  Both are genre series, both on CBS and both were canceled after a full first season.  Moonlight has some rabid fans, and they've been working all angles since CBS announced that the show would not be returning to next season.  The good news: Moonlight may not be completely dead just yet.

Is there really hope? I hope so. As far as taking it personal....CBS is dilusional and I could care less that it was a "business decision" it was stupid!.

While Moonlight wouldn't bring it's whole audience, even bringing half would make it one of the CW's top shows, and between the presence of vampires (Angel) and Jason Dohring (VM), the CW kind of makes sense, especially if they build up the love aspect more. It would pair great with SPN. Won't happen, but it would be nice.

They are a little more then crazy. Moonlight has every chance in getting another network and I would venture to say that if Moonlight was to be moved to CW the fans of that show would follow the show there no matter what the day it is on.

Don't take it personally? Really? I'm sorry but there is no other way we can take it.... the cancellation of Moonlight by CBS has devastated it's fans! As for a move to The CW... I really believe that the majority of fans would follow Moonlight.. they are all extremely passionate about the show! Once at the The CW I'm sure it would also attract new viewers which would make up for any viewers that did not follow it from CBS.

Don't expect Moonlight fans to campaign for a few days and then give up.... we are in it for the long haul and will do whatever is necessary to ensure a pickup by another network!

Good luck to the die hard Moonlight fans!!!
No Jericho, No Moonlight, no blue eyes viewing CBS...fall lineup falls short as far as I am concerned.

It would be a good move for CW if only half-4 million viewers-tuned in each week. Don't see what they are waiting for-good show, great cast with a solid fan base. Someone give Moonlight a home and a chance to grow.

PS-CBS may have made only a business decision. I can make a personal decision about CBS.
