moonlightAs expected, Moonlight fans have started to resort to desperate measures in attempt to bring back the vampire detective series that was recently axed by CBS. While pleas and petitions are underway, another rumored possibility of salvation has just come to light.

According to deadlinehollywooddaily.com, Warner Bros. is shopping the show around to other networks, one of which is The CW.  Media Rights Capital, the firm contracted by The CW to program its Sunday-night block, is among those being eyed.  The rumored possibility of an afterlife surfaced when Warner Bros. decided to hold off the striking down of Moonlight's sets until Friday.

CBS would do well to help Moonlight to move to another network and alleviate some of the anger with their canceling of the show. As it sits now many of us will not watch CBS shows. How many viewers do they care to lose?

Wow! It won its timeslot and had solid numbers, got critical attention and had the potential to become a huge hit...and they cancel it. Makes perfect sense.

I'm not getting my hopes up.....but I pray we get a miracle and it moves to the CW or somewhere else. And CBS doesn't care about losing viewers because they have millions.....a few here and there....don't even make CBS flintch.

The CBS has made a huge mistake and as a fan I refuse to help any of thier rating so good luck next season replacing moonlight and jericho and have fun trying to find viewers who will actually stay loyal to a network who doesn't appreciate or recognize their wonderful viewers.. All the work they put into these two shows wasnt recongized or appreciated so honestly S-C-R-E-W CBS.

I give the show they chose for that timeslot..about 2 weeks before it goes belly up. It's sound horrible.. and I don't see it attracting either GW or Numbers fans.

Nina has said that they are looking for shows to attract women.. so they can a show with one of the hottest men on earth. Go figure.

I hope that next season bombs so bad that Nina T is canned.. then she'll think twice about this stupid decision.

I think Ms. Tassler is wrong if she thinks we are going to just lie down and say die.
This loyal fan base is larger than they can ever imagine - and they really don't get what they've lost in us.....millions in revenue went bye bye when they canceled. We are loyal to the show - not the network.

CBS doesn't have any idea how many fans there are of the show and how many viewers there really are because the Nielsen ratings system is antiquated and ridiculous. They need to figure out a better system. This show is HUGE and has worldwide fanst that aren't counted.
