I thought Mick already had a son--the bartender (I forget his name). Or, am I getting Moonlight confused with another show? Enlighten me. On another note, the trailers at the end of the show implied that the SERIES was going to end in 2 weeks; not the SEASON. I hope that's not true.

The kid can't be Coraline's - she would have told Mick long ago, for sure. Wonder if the "son" is human or a vamp? Looking forward to seeing Josef try his hand at detecting.

This is my first post, so here goes nothing. I think that Mick will "think" that he has a son and it will lead him to questioning what it would have been like to have been a father and where his relationship with Beth can go as far as having a family. I'm not too crazy about the idea of him having a son, if that's the way the writers play it, but it was his past and everybody has one of those.

David get your show right. You are mixing Moonlight wiuth New Amsterdam. Also - yeah they said 2 weeks. But it's to be determined whether that is the end of the SEASON or the end of the SERIES . Guess it depends on cbs

Wow...quite a few spoilers here did not play out the way they are handed out in this spoiler blurb. I'm glad for the changes that were made from this spoiler to the finished product. I think they changes made the show stronger. I'm not too sure I would have like the way it was set up only due to how much was going on; it's too much to keep the interest of most viewers and too difficult for new viewers to get into when they don't know the backstory. As I said though, the way the show aired is good.

I'm not too crazy about the idea of him having a son, if that's the way the writers play it, but it was his past and everybody has one of those.
