"Alex O'Loughlin"For a second straight week, Moonlight fell in the ratings from its previous showing.  Not only that, it received some serious kick in the butt from the premiere of ABC's Women's Murder Club.  However, also for a second consecutive week, the CBS vampire show finished well ahead of struggling Friday Night Lights.

Last week, we heard from three of Moonlight's stars about the day to day nuances of portraying their characters, such as make-up and accents.  This week, we have a few more thoughts from the series' main man, Alex O'Loughlin, who plays the reluctant vampire detective, Mick St. John.

I really wanted to like this show but it just doesn't do it for me. I think Jason Dohring and the lead guy and decent actors, but the rest of the cast falls falt (Except for Marshall from Alias because he just plain rocks).

I need to catch up with the last episode and really try and give it another chance or two, I really don't want it to fail, but as a show I wasn't overly impressed.

I have to defend this show. Maybe it's because I'm a fan of the old time detective shows/movies, or maybe it's just Alex O'Loughlin/Mick, I don't know, but I think this show rocks! It's my favorite way to end the week - chocolate and Mick St. John. ;D

I really wanted to give this show a chance too, but for me it's just terrible. It's like watching a poorly acted washed up version of some Angel wannabe show. The best part of the whole show is Jason Dohring and he isn't in it enough to make me watch the whole season.

Alex O'Loughlin is totally HOT & perfect for this role! I enjoy the show, I think the cast is great, and they're real strength of the show. I am crossing my fingers this show succeeds. The writers need replacing though.

Default This show is great.....but

I find myself starting to get into this show as it is really great....BUT... I'm afraid to let myself really get into it as I know it won't last just like Jerico, The Fugitive and many others that I got wrapped up in then the plug gets pulled leaving us (the viewers) hanging. I hope Moonlight stays on as the "blossoming friendship" between Mick and Beth is getting very interesting. Tonight's show was the best yet. Good luck "Moonlight".

I have watched all 3 episodes and loving it! Mick is gorgeous, and if going to be bitten; I cannot think of anyone else I would want to bite me. Plus, it's a show that we all can relate to at some point: feeling as if something about us someone else would find fault with. I actually feel compassion for Mick and Beth. They want each other so bad, and cannot have the other. I hope the show lasts. It's what I come home from work to watch.

The show tonight, "Fever", the best yet. Alex O is one hot Vampire. Love the chemistry between Mick and Beth.
