Hello people of earth and abroad. I am Brent Burk, aka 0zzy, and I finished my little Heroes marathon via NBC.com's Rewind service and fell in love with the series. Now I am trying to get my dad into watching it, but I know for a fact he is not the type of guy to sit in front of a computer to watch a series! I noticed that NBC hasn't released a DVD for the first season yet and the second is soon to come this month and I want to get the episodes downloaded so he can watch them.

My question is:
Does anyone know of TV-quality Heroes episodes download links via web/ftp? I've tried using the "it's free...but you only download once, sometimes..." type of sites and I just want a quick and clean site. Maybe someone here can send me a private FTP to download them of their own collection?

Sorry for sounding so, pirate-like, but I am really in need of these !

Ya I started looking in the episodes forums and starting to find links. I thought it was all the ad-crap downloads but if I dig a little deeper I started to see user-hosting that is 500x faster . Great site! I think I shall talk more here, about my...addiction.

Also, for those who have ShowTime (or cable internet ) I suggest you watch "Dexter". That show is very good also, and it gets better throughout the first season.

First off welcome to the site and I'm glad you enjoy Heroes just as much as all of us here and hopefully your dad will too. Also Heroes is still in its first season they are just on holiday break at the moment so when the show starts back up again on January 22nd it will just be the second half of the first season not the second season.

As for links one generous poster put all the links on upfile and the thread can be found here:
http://www.heroes-forum.com/index.php?showtopic=2329

Next if those don't work links for each episode can be found in it's appropriate thread. In Heroes Discussion go to THE FIRST VOLUME and then go to each chapter and at the top under Chapter (whatever number) - Episode download you can find links for that episode.

I hope that helped and welcome to the site

Thanks! I did that all last night and got some good HDTV-quality episodes, but hopefully I can find a way to make xvid work on the TV if I need to.

Also who is this guy down there that says:
"Very Cool topic, But I think you can find some great resources at these sites also.. You might want to at least check them out....."

I thought I was responding to him in my second post noobie me.

Thanks for the information and hopefully I will be able to contribute to the site some!
