Hi.. Just reintroducing myself. I know I've already done this way back in December but I got sidetracked and took a posting hiatus.

So I'm married, female and from Canada. I like Lost, Survivor, Amazing Race, The Mole, Grey's Anatomy, House, a bunch of sitcoms and probably other shows I'm forgetting.

I am still freaking out about this season's Lost season.

Do you like Supernatural or Prison Break at all???

I never got into Prison Break, and I don't think I get Supernatural up here in Canada on any of the stations we get. But I googled it and it sounds like a show I would definitely enjoy. It sounds kind of like The X-Files and The Night Stalker. Is that what it's like?

Hi Topanga, welcome to the boards.
Supernatural is the awesomest show on the planet. I have never heard of Night Stalker, but SPN gets frequently compared to the X-Files. Which I personally don't really get. I watched only a few eps of X-Files but I remember that they never confirmed that the supernatural beings or aliens or whatever where real and Scully didn't remember from one week to the next that they had already encountered strange things before, which annoyed me to no end.
In SPN the supernatural beings are definitely real and our heroes know about them. Usually one episode consists of one urban legend, like Wendigos, various ghosts and demons. What's so great about it is the suspense, the drama, the humour, the rock music, the emotion. In addition to brilliant stand -alone eps there is a very interesting overall storyarc. SPN is also a show that gets better with every season which can't be said of many shows.
It's a pity you don't get it where you live, but you could check it out online (http://www.surfthechannel.com/tv/Supernatural/) and/or buy the DVD sets (season 1&2 are already out and season 3 will be out in August/September.
