Hello Schelzay... Obsessed fan of SPN!!!
Welcome to the forums!!! Please go on the SPN forum threads and post any comments!!!
We are a mad but relatively sane and strangely still human group in there....
Must warn you though... the mood is dire in there at the moment.... as our thoughts are obviously with our boy doing his stretch in Hell at the moment....

What do you like about SPN?

Oh Lordy.... you canadians ... you all come complete with a sense of humour to match too.... you are making that last bit up.... aren't you? You are.... aren't you????

So tell me ... Oh wise one... what else does one put maple syrup on????
I absolutely am not making that up. A breakfast of pancakes with nice crispy bacon or deliciously fried up sausages on the side with maple syrup on top. It's good. Maple syrup is also yummy on ice cream with bananas or strawberries or pineapple. Heat it up first so everything gets all melty when you pour it on.

Oh Sweet Lord... the queen of cat wailers..... she makes noises high enough that only a dog could hear at times...

Seriously ... you were doing really well til then.... I tried to avoid using her name..... thought those younger more impressionable forum users amongst us, might have not put Canada and her together at all.... well now Topanga.... Any more silly words from you and you will slide back down the popularity pole.... right back again well after the americans!!!
Hoist me up to the top. Last year Celine Dion was planning on coming to Halifax for a "Concert on the Hill". The year before the Rolling Stones came and the event was hugely popular. Only there were so many moans and jokes made about Celine coming to Nova Scotia and she heard about it and she actually canceled her plans for the concert. So surely that puts Canadians and Nova Scotianers in particular, at the top of your TOTALLY AWESOME list, right?

That just sounds delicious... truly scrumptous in every sense of the word... Next you will be telling me that ye have written cook books on all the things you can do with Maple Syrup....

It truly is a sad day for us all... when you are all kicking your own people out of your own country.... I hope she doesn't come all the way over here... we'll be kicking her right back ... on the Titanic!!!

Ok then.... You are up there on the same level as us Irish... What else have you got Canada Girl ?????? Cause just cause you kicked that lassie out of your country... doesn't automatically give you top spot.... I mean , you have hoisted her on someone else.... that's just mean.... Truly evil!!! SPN writers should use you Canadians/NovaScotians to expel some demons.... you have it down to a tee, it seems!!!!

Hmmm. I'm probably not going to score any points with you by telling you my roots are 98% Scottish, am I? 1% is Welsh who moved to Ireland before coming to Canada and the other 1% is English. My 'peeps' came over here in the early 1800s. Keep in mind I had no control over my ancestors and who they chose to breed with.

Oh!! My very best friend in my adult life came from Northern Ireland. Her husband worked for Michelin Tires and was transfered here. They lived two houses up from me for only 2 years but she was the best friend I think I probably ever had in my entire life. I was heartbroken when they got transfered back. I haven't seen her for about 16 years and haven't heard from her in about 10. So that kind of makes me an Irish kindred spirit or sorts.

We have done a bit of expelling here In Nova Scotia but to be honest.. it was the British that did it. We weren't Canada yet at that point. Celine chose to live in Las Vegas long before she was expelled from Nova Scotia. What moves to Vegas STAYS in Vegas.

Oh great ... then you can have my ex husband then.... he is Scottish!!! He looked good in a kilt too ... once!!!!

BTW, the scottish accent is one of my favourite accents in the world too... I love the Donegal accent from Ireland best though.... that accent is just so lilting... it moves me to tears... makes me really homesick for the country and for my home when I hear someone over here speak it... honestly it does... no other Irish accent gets me quite like that... well maybe except for Colin Farrell's accent.... that just screams Dublin... My original hometown!!!
I have a 'Culchie' accent, BTW... a real Irish country accent.... Those from Dublin are referred to as 'Jackeens' !!! Just so you know...

BTW.... The worse put on Irish accent I have ever ever ever heard in my entire life is.... without a shadow of a doubt... Tom Cruises attempt at one in the movie 'Far & Away' .... seriously.... it wasn't even funny.... it was just bad!!!

I wonder why you like southern drawl... LOL!!!... Gee I wonder who we know who is from down that area....

Do you watch 'House'? Hugh Laurie speaks with the American accent on it and he does a really good job at it. So good in fact, when I hear his real British accent it sounds fake!!
