Like you said earlier, fire is sasukes main element. Kakashi created chidori as a move when he was around the age that he taught it to sasuke. Then he took it even further and made raikiri. As sasuke clearly states when fighting Deidara and he calls chidori, raikiri, Sasuke corrects him and tells him its not raikiri it's chidori

	We haven't seen all Naruto's tricks, and neither have we seen Sasuke's, and since Naruto went four-tailed (He hurt Sakura), he decided to try not using the fox's chakra. Sasuke may have that secret justsu, but Naruto will find a way around it hopefully. It would be a long battle, where there would most likely be a lot of flash-backs, and Naruto probably crying, Sasuke being an a**, they'll both get exhausted, then Sasuke might try to kill Naruto, but someone would probably step in and stop it.
