	Ummm budy..if you aint an uchiha, and use the Sharingan (like kakashi does) It drains the hell out of your chakra if you havent noticed. After the fight with zabuza Kakashi was like dead from exaustion. You have to be an Uchiha to use the sharingan and not loose HUGE amounts of chakra. Why do you think Kakashi keeps his left eye covered? Its cause he cant de-activate the sharingan.

	yeah. naruto does have an insane amount of chakra by himself. without kyuubi. his chakra is so strong that it protects his body from the kyuubi chakra when he goes 4 tails. yamato comments that naruto will become much more powerful than he ever would become when he uses the kyuubi chakra. im not sure of the chapter numbers, but this is during and after the battle of 4 tailed naruto vs. orochimaru. check it out for yourself
