Time/Space Islands power etc theory

This is my very first post so if my theory has been stated a million times over I apologize. I believe that the island can only be accessed by entering from precise coordinates because it is on a different plane of existence. Flight 815 entered the islands airspace from the wrong coordinates that is why it was torn apart. Somehow the airplane must have also entered a different time/space creating doppelgangers that is why the wreckage was found at the bottom of the ocean with no survivors and a copy crashed on the island with multiple survivors. It also seems that the island exponentially increases people’s natural and metaphysical abilities i.e. psychic, healing, projection. For example Walt’s ability in the real world was to astral project and it seems that his ability in the island is to physically teleport. Walt’s return to the island will be accidental, Ben probably did give them the correct coordinates to leave the island but the journey proved to be deadly so Walt accidentally teleports back to the island to save himself.
