If it in any way factors into this series not only will I be shocked.. but probably completely turned off from the show. There is just no point tying a science fiction escapist show into real-life tragic events, a caveat being for Jack the Ripper.. in which case every series has to :P. But I suppose Ben was on the grassy knoll?

Seriously.. bad idea tying this show in to 9/11.. at all.

Um, Gary Troup is not real. Also I think Juliette arrived after 9/11 not the exact day. Some on another site said 9/22/01 but I don't know. In any case I think it's irrelevent.

Ya.. should be 9/22/01. Juliet comments to Goodwin that tomorrow(or was it that day) is the 3rd anniversery of her arrival on the island.. and then all hell breaks loose with the crash a bit later on.
