How bout this. I know this had probally been said before.

What if the numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 corespond to seat numbers on flight 815.

Jack was on seat 16, Anna Lucia was on seat 42.

What would have happened if Jack was in Anna seat and Lucia was in Jacks seat.

Jack would end up leading the tailsection and they may have done better, anna would have been "neutralized" by sayid and sawer, John would end up in control with kate as an advisior.

thats what i think.

so what if simply puting different people in the seats changes the outcome of the crash, anyways thats my idea.
