Well, this was a pretty "in your face" symbol. The three fates and the tapestry of life that they weave....etc., etc.

I found it intriguing that Jacob asks Ben if he likes the tapestry and comments how difficult it is to do when you have to spin each thread. But, after all, that's the whole point.

I think it's obvious that each of the lives he's touched (literally) have become threads in the tapestry of fate that he's woven.

I'd be interested in a screen capture showing how many individuals are on that tapestry and how many are left on the time traveled remnant Iliana finds in the hut.

I do think that Jacob has woven something into each of their lives that will play an important role in season 6.
