| Agreed. It was time travel. The bomb and the EM energy somehow cancelled (or complimented) eachother and opened a portal sending everyone to the time where they belong. The EM pocket definately has something to do with time because of the effects it had on Desmond. Perhaps the exotic matter under the orchid is similarly capable of releasing great energy. Turning the wheel causes it to come into contact with the EM pocket and this is what moves the island through time. Time, not space. The reason the island moves physically is because, according to Eloise, the island is always moving. If you move forward in time, it will jump to where the island is supposted to be at that time. But that's another topic. As far as Juliet goes, I hope JustLost is right and that she becomes the next Desmond (especially if she wakes up naked in the jungle). |
