I've already said this a couple times, but since it's my only response i'll keep on it. Widmore can't expect John to go back and change this war, because he of all people should know that what happened, happened. Therefore, the only way he can expect John to have an impact on this war, is if it hasn't happened yet (for them anyway). Quote:
"I know who you are boy, what you are." From this we know Widmore hasn't been "temple-ified" and in that quote you can sense a good amount of disdain towards "what" Ben is, like Widmore doesn't like it. Furthermore suggesting that Widmore's harboured some animosity towards those who have been "temple-ified", most likely resulting from some sort of quarrell between 'normal' island innhabitants, and the less 'normal'. The quarell, i think, will be the dispute among others. | ||

| Just finished watching "Dead is dead" and i didn't pick up on anything that suggested a war was fought between hostiles. Widmore didn't even seem that mad, he seemed to like Ben. Wow, even i expected that there would be some kind of dispute over Ben between Alpert and Widmore, but over Ben's flashbacks the others never seem to have had a war. Widmore was banned for having an off-island affair. Anyone starting to come over to my side yet? |
