Kate, aaron and Nanny live in that big beautiful house.
Do we just have to limit it to those three?
Is it possible that Sawyer is living wiht Kate?

why wouldn't he greet her at the door?
Because kate did not make any calls but quickly took a cab home to her son which meant no time for calls and the nanny was pleased but a bit surprised to see her.
