Malik in Bangkok: I love Lost! Is anyone going to die in the season finale?
I can tell you that a series regular who has been on the series since the first season will not be back next season (season five). According to inside sources, this person's contract has been put into a holding deal and the plan at this point is to have him or her return for season six. Guesses? (OK, I'll spare you the frantic emails: It is not Jack or Sawyer. It's a she.)

Wendell in Santa Fe, N.M.: Lost, girl! Spill! What can you tell me about the very end of this season?
Remember how I told you that time traveling and teleporting is most definitely happening?(Duh) Well, let's just say that it's going to be happening on a much larger scale in the coming seasons. And if I tell you any more about that twist, I will break the heart of this sweet guy who's name rhymes with "Hey, mon" and karma will see to it that I return in the next life as grasshopper poo.

I am absolutely disgusted by the idea of flash-forwards being a normal part of Lost. I posted this in another section, but any flash-forward is a confirmation that the character will not die in the main island/rescue storyline. That removes the suspense when these characters are put in dangerous situations, you will just think this character cannot die because they previously had a flashforward episode. It's a really bad move, and I hope that it's saved only for special events like season finales (although those usually tend to be Jack-centric...)

All it means is that the character won't die before whatever date the flash-forward happens. No big deal.

So in this week's TV Guide magazine, there is quite a bit of information that may be helpful going into the finale. Here are some highlights...

There are 5 Key previous episodes that will play major parts in the finale. They are...

• Pilot: Just cuz this is where it all began
• White Rabbit: Locke and Jack will continue their faith v. science discussion
• Live Together Die Alone: Here we first learn about the island's mysterious abilities. That will be expanded on in the finale as Locke attempts to move the island.
• Through The Looking Glass: Lindelof actually suggests that we re-watch this episode, knowing what we now know. He hints that Jack's story will start where this one ended.
• The Shape of Things to Come: Here we learned how bad the freighter guys really were. That theme will obviously continue. Says Lindelof :"You'll see where that [the mission to kill everyone on the island] leads in this year's finale. But the real moral of that story is 'Don't piss off Benjamin Linus.'"

The article also gives us some clues to the fate of The Oceanic 6:

• Sun is going to exact revenge on the other person she blames for Jin's death. According to Lindelof, "She's gonna turn into this incredibly powerful and perhaps vengeful person. We've got big plans for Sun."
• Sayid and Keamy will get into a serious battle in the finale.
• The finale will fill in Aaron's seemingly-mysterious growth spurt by detailing the post-island time line. Apparently there isn't any big mystery. For example, the scene in which Jack and Kate break off their engagement is actually 2 1/2 to 3 years after they get off the island, so Aaron is the right age. Cuse adds, "Aaron is a barometer for where we are in future time."
• Kate and Sawyer have some sort of huge fallout.
• WE WILL FIND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT THE BOGUS OCEANIC 6 STORY!!!!

And some random tidbits...

• Both Doc Marvin Candle and Walt will make appearances.
• The identity of the person in the coffin will be revealed. According to Jorge Garcia, "It's definitely a surprise." But he did confirm that it isn't Walt.
• The journey home wasn't easy for The Oceanic 6. It was physically demanding and "brutal" according to Garcia.
• Everything was very hush-hush on set when filming the finale. While the major players were told the identity of the person in the coffin, some scenes were so top secret that only the actors involved in them knew what was going on.
• The most closely guarded of the finale moments is something code named "The Frozen Donkey Wheel".

A few things.

In video two, with Kate, Ben and Keamy, when Keamy shoves Kate onto her knees, her and Ben share a strange look. It could just be due to the situation, but it makes me think back to speculation that Kate has been in Ben's pocket since their lunch date on the beach.

video 5: oooo a new Orientation video? I'm guessing this is the only appearnace Dr. Candle makes, via video.

Finally, the 6th video. Miles tells Charlotte that it is strange she wants to leave after she s[pent all that time trying to GET BACK. Not get there, but GTE BACK THERE. She has been there before. That being said, does my Charlotte/Charlote theory still seem too far fetched? http://forums.buddytv.com/lost-theor...te-theory.html

Miles would know about it, because Charlotte was "dead" when it happened and he is a ghost whisperer haha. I am going to let out such a loud I TOLD YA SO hahahahaha.
