new survivor

just read the spoiler on the mainpage. they are talking about a new survivor. i knew that the creators were putting new people into the show and that theses people were gonna also be survivors from the plane crash. but where was this survivor mentioned before in the show.

As far as the plot-line for D.O.C is concerned, we know that Desmond finds the mysterious new inhabitant, (who is probably the parachutist / Naomi played by Marsha Thomason), in Catch-22 and relies on an unlikely nemesis to save her in D.O.C. So if there is bleed over, the nemesis or even Naomi could be the one featured in 3.19's flashback.

The parachutist is almost certainly not a survivor of Flight 815. The 'new people' into the show that were part of the crash were Nikki and Paolo and thankfully they're gone.

I think the term "survivor" gets thrown around a little too loosely as I've seen it used in the press and other places to refer to anyone in the Lostaways' camp. Desmond is referred to as a survivor all the time, even though he was on the island years before flight 815 ever crashed. The "new survivor" is most likely Naomi the parachutist, scheduled for her first appearance in episode 17. It would be an interesting twist if she had been on the flight, but I suspect they have something bigger in mind as far as her story goes.

well i did read from a verified source that was talking about season 4 that they wrere gona introduce new charchters from the people on the plane who had been elsewhere on the island and also the third group wich is not the losties or the other but another group

I've heard about the other Others before but haven't heard anything about another group of survivors. What was the source?

I've heard this rumour also...pretty sure it's on Jvinces spoiler thread quite recently, but wasn't for this season, it's gonna be the parachutist that were talking about here and i believe she has some connection to Desmond or he at least does something with her on the Island.........I know how that last bit sounds dodgy but you know what i mean!

yeah markus was right it was on jvinces thread about new charchters and a new group of people who are more underground that the the others.............

sounds like dharma... technically, a new group too us, as soon as the first real member shows up...

Maybe the parachutist had problems during delivering the next dharma supply package

Or even cooler.. comes to check what happend to the Swan
