Well, it looks like Sayid's handler in Iraq is Kelvin.

could it also be that they are related?

i.e. Kelvin was/is CIA agent Inman's father?

or, in a more whacked out scenario, is it indeed Kelvin, and his "recruitment" of Sayid to conduct torture was all part of the grand plan, and it was Kelvin's way of preparing Sayid for the things that he would have to do on the island? seems too far fetched for my taste...

I also dont think that Kelvin is "HIM"

if they are one and the same, perhaps Kelvin is part of, or a remnant of, a military presence on the island (or an attempt at the military to find out what is going on there, or to gain access to something on the island) and Kelvin was not working with dharma/Hanso but perhaps even against it/them/him/HIM

This is pretty wild. And, if Desmond was truthful, this guy is dead.

Could they be the same person, just different names? Maybe Joe didn't wanna give his real name, so he said his name was Kelvin.

I rewatched parts of "One of Them" today, but maybe I missed something. From what I saw, Inman's first name was never revealed (and neither was his last name, actually). The fact that he was called Joe Inman could just have been the producers trying not to make the character suspicious... I think that either calling him Kelvin Inman or just "Inman" would have seemed strange, especially the former!

What I'm wondering more about is... Why is Bernard guest starring in the finale and not Rose?!
