This snippet was from another finale spoiler.

The episode will feature two foreign computer technicans working in a remote drilling station.

Could it be that this mysterious doorway somehow lead them to this foreign drilling station mentioned? The idea of a time protal (or transporter/relocator) sounds crazy, but this would definitely be thinking "outside the box" as Damon said.

Last year, opening the hatch was pretty much a given. It was Walt being taken from the raft that was the surprise and I think they pretty well kept that under wraps. You knew something was going to happen to the raft, but not what.

Although, this may not be as specific as we think it is.

Another, perhaps, unrelated mumbling about on the net is that the initial scene with Desmond being released from prison/meeting up with Widmore, that is thought to be a flashback, is not a flashback. Wrap your mind around that and how it might integrate with these details.

So... I see another Wizard of Oz reference, when Dorothy opens the door to her room and sees herself in the colorful Oz kingdom.

Man, I hope it shows something reeeeally, but reeeally cool... Otherwise, this concept, imho, would suuuuuuck!! I hope it doesn't happen... but its so crazy I think it just might...
