| Three minutes obviously refers to three minutes when something significant happened, at least thats what I think. Your theory sounds pretty plausible. If I had to make speculation on what the three minutes was exactly, I would probally agree with you.

| I think it takes three minutes for Ana Lucia to lose consciousness when Henry is choking her to death. Three minutes without oxygen is when the brain starts to die. |

| Maybe they find another 3 minutes of the film.....that would be good. But its a stretch.
